Each criterion is scored out of 5.
Technical Execution (5)
Does it actually work, and does it get the right answer? Judges will test your prototype against real-world cases. Accuracy beats feature count every time.
Trust & Explainability (5)
Can a user see why the AI said what it said? Does it flag what it doesn't know instead of bluffing? This is the heart of the theme. The best projects make it easy to check the AI's work.
Design (5)
Could a counselor, pharmacist or investor use this tomorrow without a walkthrough? Judges are looking for clean, focused interfaces built for the actual user, not for other engineers.
Uniqueness of Idea (5)
Did you find a sharper angle on the problem? Bonus points for approaches the founders hadn't considered.
